Token extras are additional offerings that artists choose to include with each token. They can be anything — discord access, special merch, backstage passes, and more.

You can see extras on a song’s listing page on royal.io. They vary with each drop and across tiers, and artists are responsible for processing and fulfilling them.

What happens to my extras after I sell my token?

Tokens can be bought, sold or gifted after the original sale. Streaming royalty rights will always be transferred with the token, as will some token extras.

However, some extras are only available to the original collector — the person who buys the token during the primary sale on Royal. These non-transferable token extras will not be available to future token holders. If the original collector chooses to later sell the token, they will still be able to redeem the extras.

How do I get my token extras?

If you purchased your token on Royal: 

1. Check your email after your purchase.

After you buy a token, you will receive an email from Royal with the artist’s official email address. They'll use this for all communication on token extras. 

2. The artist will send you instructions.
The artist will send you an email with next steps. Make sure to verify that this is coming from the official artist email.


If you purchased your token on a third party marketplace:

Create an account on royal.io and link the wallet that holds your token. Then follow the steps above.
